WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT

Nia is about you and your body – getting in to it, feeling at home with it whatever your shape, size or fitness level. In 1983 Debbie Rosas Stewart and Carlos AyaRosas co-created Nia as a well-being fitness and lifestyle practice that has benefited people around the globe. NiaSeattle is an association of independent Nia livelihood members – certified Nia instructors who have gone through the Nia Technique trainings to lead you in getting to know and love your body.
