This Nia class is designed for anyone seeking an easy yet lively movement class with simple to follow moves that leave you feeling vital and happy. If you’re just getting back to exercise, or have special physical limitations, try this fun and satisfying fitness class. Done to enlivening music your body can't resist dancing to and taught with an emphasis on breath, balance, and awareness of the whole self. 

*Please respect a fragrance-free environment

* Enjoy dancing barefoot or feel free to wear indoor shoes if your feet need the extra support

* Come in comfortable, layered clothing

* Please bring a water bottle

Nia blends martial arts, dance arts and healing arts into a fun, powerful, barefoot workout for every body, (youth to adults, all fitness levels).

Drop in and discover the joy of movement with Lee Mozena, of Zena Wellness. Funded by City of Seattle's Rec 4 All grant. 

No registration needed for either class but bring STUDENT FORMS.  All students must complete registration forms, (www.zenawellness.com) before the first class. Get them at www.zenawellness.com or come early nd fill forms out on site.

Moms- it's fine to bring children if they are content to sit and watch.
