Combining soul-stirring music with dance, martial arts and yoga-type floorplay, every Nia class is set to songs from a wide-variety of genres. Our emphasis is to serve up beats that elevate your spirit and your heart rate, all set to easy-to-embrace choreography.

Sacred Athlete Sundays are fantastic for anyone seeking to refresh and renew their energy as they prepare for the upcoming week. Think of it as "stealth" fitness. Week by week, with each class, you'll sense tangible improvements in balance, cardio function, reaction time, and coordination and while increasing your sense of expressiveness -- and having a great time doing it!

By the end of each class you'll feel exhilarated instead of exhausted, be in a better mood, find your voice and do it all as part of a welcoming, inspiring community. Come step in with us!

Nia Moving to Heal

Nia Moving to Heal classes are for everyBODY looking for a gentler way to keep moving while developing balance, strength and mobility. Enjoy music and easy-to-follow choreography in a supportive atmosphere of safety and trust. Personalize movements to fit your body’s way, while focusing on pleasure, resulting in improved overall feelings of wellness, regardless of current physical/medical condition. Classes are designed to meet the needs of those diagnosed with long-term or chronic illness, mobility limitations as well as individuals with short-term personal healing goals for body, mind and emotions. Nia Moving to Heal can be done standing, sitting in a chair, or some combination of both.  Beginners are welcome. 

* Enjoy dancing barefoot or feel free to wear indoor shoes if your feet need the extra support.  

* Come in comfortable, layered clothing.

* Please bring a water bottle.

*Please respect a fragrance-free environment.
