I grew up taking the dance classes most of us take, but never went beyond the beginner's class. In 2007, I took my beginner's mind to Nia. Here at last was the dance that called my soul, a chance to express, create, heal, evolve. Nia has changed my life in many profound ways. I welcome the opportunity to dance with you.
