Decades of sports - a wish for more dance and a chance to do martial arts - and an intense need to bring play back into exercise - led Greta on a search that landed her in a Nia Class in 2006. Less than an hour later she knew she had found a home. A few years and a White Belt later, she found a whole new take on Gertrude Stein's quote, "There is no there, there." Of course! There is only here, now. And now, Greta is a White Belt Teacher in North Seattle, a mom, a science and math teacher, athlete and artist. Nia helped tie in Joy and the Body! All these parts not only exist together, but support and encourage each other. The result - Each day is still different, but the resources she has to greet the day are greater than ever.
