Are you ready to fall in LOVE with a workout? Are you tired of forcing yourself to go to the gym and feeling guilty for not going at all? Are you ready to completely change not only your body but your relationship with your body?

THEN GET READY FOR NIA and dancing, move, laugh, shake and put PLEASURE into your workout!

In this workshop we’ll learn the main movements for the Nia routine Flow and bring the movements alive in a one hour Nia class. Plus we’ll introduce the basic concepts and principles of Nia. All fitness levels welcomed and no experience required.

A great workshop for new students wanting to learn the Nia basics and for experienced students wanting to expand their practice.

Cost: $25 early bird by 9/18; $30 general; $40 for 2 people

Exercise has many health benefits and providers often recommend exercise to their patients. But how do we incorporate movement into our lives? For this special event, experience an opportunity for providers, patients and the general community to exercise and learn together. Dr. David Musnick will be presenting on the topic of “Joint and Tendon Health”. We’ll then experience a joyful mind-body fitness experience with the Nia Technique.
