Exercise has many health benefits and providers often recommend exercise to their patients. But how do we incorporate movement into our lives? For this special event, experience an opportunity for providers, patients and the general community to exercise and learn together. Dr. Alisha Wilkes, DNP, CNM, ARNP will be presenting on the topic of “Women’s Health & Sexuality”. We’ll then experience a joyful mind-body fitness experience with the Nia Technique.

Donations accepted to help support the cost of hosting the event as well as supporting a vegetable herb garden at Three Moons Midwifery, a clinic, run and owned by Dr. Alisha Wilkes. Suggested minimum donation is $10, but anyone is welcome whether they have the ability to pay or not.

Pre-register as space is limited.
