Our inner and outer worlds are sometimes filled with noise and stressors that can feel unsettling and disrupt our sense of peace. Meditation is a mindfulness-based practice that can guide us to a calm and centered state of being. Nia is a movement-based practice that allows us to consciously guide our body, mind, and spirit into increased joy.

In Nia, we practice the art of living meditation; noticing sensation, creating space for whatever arises and emptying so that we can be fully present in the moment.

Join Nia instructors Tai Velasquez and Jennifer Lucero-Earle for a combined meditation and Nia class. Explore stillness and movement, facilitated in a supportive and affirming environment.
