Nia teachers Jeanna Wheeler (Seattle), Malia Holmes-Baker (Hawaii), Sarah Love (Seattle), Rosella Vanti (Seattle) and other special guests will guide this 90 minute movement experience. We will move barefoot to soul-stirring music from across the globe, while bringing you the vibes of summer sun and the freedom of a barefoot beach.  No previous experience with Nia or any other movement forms is needed. Payment is on a sliding scale: $20 minimum donation is recommended, but give whatever you can. Proceeds will be donated to YWCA Seattle to help fund their mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and stand up for social justice, so please be generous!
