Classes

Every Body usually has something going on with it. A sore knee. Maybe a sore back from gardening or hiking. Or maybe your body is recovering from an illness or surgery and you want to do some movement - even a little bit of movement.

Moving to Heal (M2H) is for every Body. You can stand, sit or just watch. Your body will get something out of this class. There's more repetition with moves so you get a chance to learn the move, then move the move and energize the move when your body is ready.

Class starts Saturday Sept. 14, 2024.

There is a Waiver to sign but it's one time only.

What you'll need for your online class:

1. Zoom on your device (desk top, laptop, tablet, phone) or down load it for free.https://zoom.us
2. Have a clear space for your body to move around in
3. Wear comfortable clothing (Nia Wear, yoga wear, sweats)
4. Have water available

The Nia class is held in the back room of Untamed Fitness on nice martial arts mats. Bring your bare feet. If you have to wear shoes for medical reasons, please bring a special pair just for the mats. Street shoes are not allowed.
