Every Body usually has something going on with it. A sore knee. Maybe a sore back from gardening or hiking. Or maybe your body is recovering from an illness or surgery and you want to do some movement - even a little bit of movement.
Moving to Heal (M2H) is for every Body. You can stand, sit or just watch. Your body will get something out of this class. There's more repetition with moves so you get a chance to learn the move, then move the move and energize the move when your body is ready.
