More Information Every Body usually has something going on with it. A sore knee. Maybe a sore back from early spring gardening. Or maybe your body is recovering from an illness or surgery and you want to do some movement - even a little bit of movement.
Moving to Heal (M2H) is for every Body. You can stand, sit or just watch. Your body will get something out of this class. There's more repetition with moves so you get a chance to learn the move, then move the move and energize the move when your body is ready.
This is a FREE online class. You don't have to get out in the cold rain to get to this class.
What you'll need:
- Zoom on your device (desk top, laptop, tablet, phone) or down load it for free.https://zoom.us
- Have a clear space for your body to move around in
- Wear comfortable clothing (Nia Wear, yoga wear, sweats)
- Have water available
